Capacity Building for PPP Projects

The forum also presents unique perspectives on how the capacity building should be done in every stage of PPP initiative. Capacity building in itself consumes plenty of resources therefore we need to be able to measure and ensure that the goals are met.

Following the success of Africa PPPs Investment and Development Summit 2014, Neoedge is proud to organise a forum that aims to build the capacity of those who are involved in PPPs initiatives across Africa. Capacity Building for PPP Projects and Procurement Contracts Management Forum will focus on all the key stages of PPP projects as well as how to manage the contracts once the construction stage is done.

Capacity building in any PPP initiatives should be an on going process. We need to understand the critical success factors of PPPs, how concepts translate into real progress, anticipate draining inhibitors, find effective solutions, learn from tried and tested best practices and most importantly, move beyond them and explore the avenues to innovate.
