The outcome of the two-day workshop is to equip the community manager's team with the knowledge to understand the unique challenges of the social web.
Several case studies will be discussed to explore examples of best practice and pitfalls in social media marketing. The short course workshop is ideal for public relations practitioners who want to venture into social media community engagement and those who have recently been appointed as a social media assistant.
