Retail Banking Digitalisation Conference 2015
TCI will bring you the first ever Retail Banking Digitalisation Conference in South Africa. The conference will take place on 4 and 5 February 2015 at the Indaba Hotel, Fourways.
As the world is changing in a rapid past, customers are expecting bank and financial services providers to adapt to the new technology and offer new applications, which will make payments more convents. These new digital changes should happen overnight and not over years. Customers are living in a world where they want to bank at anytime and anywhere.
Moving from online banking, cellphone banking, branch banking, and mobile banking to the next stage is becoming more and more difficult. Digitalisation is the new way in which banks and financial services providers are moving to. Digitalisation is creating a seamless customer-driven interaction for the banking environment.
