2nd Competitive Strategy Session
As part of our Pro Bono initiative at Financial & Business Advisory Services Associates we will offer our second series of Competive Strategy Sessions on the following Fridays; October 10, 17, 24 and 31.
To qualify for the complimentary strategy session, your organisation must:
• Be a small, medium or large enterprise with a minimum of five employees
• Be an existing entity seeking to expand, modernize, diversify or planning some significant change program
• Be located in Lagos or Abuja ( strategy sessions in other parts of the country are planned for the later part of the year)
The benefits to your organisation include:
• Group participation in strategy formulation motivates the team and ensures commitment
• The avoidance of common strategy formulation problems, i.e., analysis paralysis, inundation with details and numbers, rigidity and outdated strategy.
• The strategy formulation exercise is in effect a "back to the drawing board" process and reinforces the whole essence of the business entity,
