What we are learning about the coaching landscape
Between 2012 and 2013, Africa Board for Coaching, Consulting and Coaching Psychology (ABCCCP) carried out an exploratory research on the landscape of coaching. Some interesting insights emerged. In this session we will be sharing these insights as well as discussing your experiences as contribution to this ongoing research.
At ABCCCP we are interested in constantly sharing knowledge for both the users and buyers of coaching and consulting on the African continent, as well as create networking events and opportunities for business as practitioners. We're eager to see you! Please join us for an ABCCCP and learn:
• What are the current mindsets around coaching in the country and the continent.
• What are the perceptions of coaching by the coaches in the continent
• What are the opportunities for coaching
• What should coaches prepare themselves for in working on the continent
• And other interesting insights collected in the session.
We are also using the session as a continuing dialogue that contributes to this body of knowledge therefore you will be part of an ongoing action research as a practitioner.
