Stakeholder relations workshop

Companies and organisations who fail to recognise the importance and impact its various stakeholders have over it, may find that its reputation and success suffers. Remedy this by attending this three-day workshop.

Never before has it been more important to identify these salient stakeholders and to develop and maintain strong relationships with them. A little slip-up in communication by a company to its stakeholders can have detrimental effects on its reputation, which in turn can affect its productivity and turnover.

The effective management of stakeholder relations should therefore be part of every organisation's communication plan. This three-day workshop will guide participants in forming a stakeholder plan and charter which can be easily slotted into existing plans.

This is a very practical workshop and delegates will identify and map their internal and external stakeholders and develop a draft SCP and SC as well as obtain tools that can be used for effective stakeholder engagement.

Feedback from past delegates include this one from Ingrid Ramalekana-Werz, Stakeholder Relations Manager for Autopax Passenger Services (Pty) Limited: "I found formulating the charter and plotting the information very helpful. It was very cleverly done and I've learnt a lot. Stakeholder relations is very important to any business and I believe that each employee of an company should know how to successfully deal with their stakeholders."

All persons responsible for managing their company's reputation including:
Stakeholder relations staff/managers; managers and executives; business owners and entrepreneurs; marketing and public relations practitioners; customer service staff and corporate communications staff, should attend this workshop
