Call Centre Collection Strategies Conference 2014
The Call Centre Collection Strategies Conference will be held on 1 and 2 October 2014 at Emperors Palace, Kempton Park, Johannesburg. This years conference is once again set to attract major industry role players along side speaker companies of such a high calibre which include: Standard Bank, Talk2Us, Consumer Profile Bureau, Call Force and a speaker company and exhibitor Call Centre out of the box.
The agenda will include discussions on the current landscape of collections call centres in South Africa, and also take a look into emerging innovations that are driving the industry forward.
