Stepping Up - women's leadership workshops

Hosted by two high-calibre Change Partners coaches, Stepping Up helps women understand their individual development potential, realise and transform hurdles into stepping-stones to a successful career.

Over 16 years we have worked with hundreds of female executives from numerous industries in all types of organisations. We examined recurring challenges women face on their career paths and consolidated our insights into five powerful coaching modules.
