Entrepreneurship is a key element of solving South Africa's dire unemployment predicament where over 60% of the economically active youth (youth of working age) are unemployed. Having said that, it is unfortunate that over 94% of the enterprises established by youth, and other members of South African society will fail within the first 18 months of existence due to various reasons, with one of the key reasons being unsustainable business models.
The E2E (Entrepreneur 2 Entrepreneur) sessions aims to empower entrepreneurs in SA, chiefly youth entrepreneurs through hosting business impact sessions, which would be financially be out of reach of the bulk of those entrepreneurs. Through the affordability of the sessions, we in effect empower the entrepreneurs by ensuring that high level business information, impact, and strategy building sessions are accessible to more entrepreneurs in the country.
