Rockman Ultra X-Traithlon
The scond Annual Rockman Ultra and Rock Dash X Triathlon will be taking place at the Peninsula on Vaal on 7 December 2014. Come and join us for this challenging, exciting new event on the sports calendar that'll definitely leave you coming back for more next year!
One of a kind! Safer, tougher and more challenging Triathlon than any other. With diverse and hardcore terrain- you will need stamina, core strength and the mental capacity to become the ultimate "Rockman". Distances include a 2 km swim, 70 km mountain bike, and 18 km trail run. Rock-Dash off-road sprint triathlon:
Rock-Dash challenges both the seasoned tri-athletes and first timers with individual and team entries with very achievable distances. The Rock-Dash includes sprint distances of 500 m swim, 17 km MTB, 5 km run.
Rock-Kids adventure race:
"Rock-Kids adventure challenge" promises to be an exciting experience for ages 5 -12 years.
