Gyrokinesis workshop
Come and try out a fun relaxed workshop that will get you moving from top to toe.
The Pole Project is holding a special workshop in place of our usual flex and bend class this Saturday 21 June.
Gyrokinesis is a unique combination of various forms of movement from ballet, yoga, tai chi and swimming. It is a rhythmical and flowing sequence of moves that aims to create strength and agility as well suppleness and tone. Gyro is particularly helpful in creating a strong and flexible spine which is vital to one's posture and beneficial to all sportsmen and women. We hope you can join us!
