My name is Tiisetso Maloma. I am a business and entrepreneurship researcher; I devised the 'EBC business model canvas checklist' and authored 2 books: Forget The Business Plan Use This Short Model, and Township Biz Fastrack.

This is an in-depth and intense half day workshop where I will dissect such business model components.

Someone said business modelling helps businessmen easily operate like surgeons. For explanation, business modelling is the creating of:
- competing, buyable, efficient and compelling-value products/services
- communicating the value to possible customers through effective marketing tactics
- and distributing the products to consumers with convenience (convenience on the consumer's part).
