All businessmen want to have products which people always buy so to be sustainable, profiting and growing. In over six years, I have practiced and researched components which help businesses do exactly that.

This is an in-depth and intense half day workshop where I will dissect such business model components.

Someone said business modelling helps businessmen easily operate like surgeons. For explanation, business modelling is the creating of:
- competing, buyable, efficient and compelling-value products/services
- communicating the value to possible customers through effective marketing tactics
- and distributing the products to consumers with convenience (convenience on the consumer's part).

*Who should attend?
The workshop is especially suitable for: entrepreneurs, businessmen, marketers, shop owners or managers. It is relevant to people from all business industries: IT, tourism/hospitality/beauty, aspiring entrepreneurs and many others.

*Learning outcomes
- Components of creating/developing/stocking products and services which are buyable, competitive, appealing and of great value to customers.
- Determining possible customers
- Components of effective marketing
- marketing activities to prioritise on, for your kind of business
- Attracting possible customers, acquiring them and maintaining them
- Cash flow management and revenue strategies
- Building internal public relations strategy
- *Growth hack marketing: (A look into how billion dollar tech companies such as Facebook, Airbnb, Groupon and others grew without huge marketing spent and press)
- Diagnosing business model weakness
- Progressive decision making
- Distributing and delivering products to customers in manner which is efficient and convenient to them
- Innovating products and services so that they are appealing to today's society
- Testing if a product is buyable before releasing it and before investing a lot of capital.
- Analysing and determining customer and societal problems and challenges so to align your business
- Differentiating your business' brand offering
- Creating buzz for a product before it is released

My devised EBC business model canvas (http://buff.ly/1eJUFlA) has detailed crucial sensitivities which businesses need to put focus on in order to ensure success. The canvas is a sneak preview into the workshop.
