The Celebrity Fundraiser Dinner on Mandela Day at Durban Country Club will feature a proudly South African success story, Hirsch's, the family run business that over the last 34 years has grown from a room the size of a small garage and with a mere R900 in the bank, to a Billion rand company.This South African success story pays tribute to Nelson Mandela's legacy of leadership, contribution to society and the environment. The funds raised at the Black-Tie Dinner will be donated to the Thula Thula Rhino Fund at the Exclusive Private Game Reserve - www.thulathula.com which was started by Francoise Malby Anthony, the wife of the late Lawrence Anthony - AKA The Elephant Whisperer.

Darren Maule, East Coast Radio will interview Allan and Margaret Hirsch discovering their "Recipe for Success" with Celebrity Chef Joani Mitchell hosting a cooking demonstration with a Mystery Celebrity Guest. Invited guests will include Stefan Terblanche, CEO South African Rugby Legends (SARLA) with former Springbok and Sharks Rugby Legends, Cricket Legends and other VIP's and Dignitaries. There will also be a wildlife fine art exhibition and wine-tasting in the pre-assembly area hosted by the Imbizo Gallery (www.imbizogallery.com) including works from Klause Tiedge (Fine art photography - www.klausetiedge.com), Vince Reid (fine art pencil - www.reidstudios.co.za) and Mandela Paintings by Wakaba Mutheki. Matthew Willman, the official photographer for Nelson Mandela will showcase his book - We called him Madiba, a 10 year photographic journey - www.matthewwillman.co.za . All items will be available to purchase on the night with a percentage of the proceeds donated to the fund.
