Attending the Electronic Contracting Workshop will give you an opportunity to fully understand and grasp the basic knowledge of the applicable principles relevant to e-contracts. Of utmost importance is to be able to determine when Electronic Communications and the Transactions Act becomes applicable to an online contract as well as to be fully aware of the principles of the Consumer Protection Act and know what aspects are applicable to internet transactions.
