Newkidz on the Block have been chosen to be the benefitting charity for the Annual Jive Funny Festival on the evening of 17 June 2014 at 8 pm at the Baxter Theatre.

The line-up boasts international and local comedy acts, including Kev Orkian, Olivia Porter, Christian Lindermann, Felicity Ward, Schalk Bezuidenhout and Mario - Queen of the Circus.
A large percentage of the proceeds of the ticket sales for this evening will go towards Newkidz on the Block, an organisation that is passionate about helping and supporting orphans in local communities by doing extreme makeovers of children's homes, shelters for abused women and early childhood development centres where they promote fostering and adoption.
You are encouraged to bring some cash along as the show will end with a fun auction hosted by the headline comic for the evening, who is also an official Newkidz ambassador, Kev Orkian. Items on auction will include a trip on a Harley around the Peninsula, trips up Table Mountain, an advanced driving course at Killarney, a bar fridge and some more exciting items.
