Elizabeth de Stadler will be the speaker at the events.
Elizabeth is an admitted attorney and a founding director of Novation Consulting, a company which specialises in providing regulatory compliance solutions and designing innovative and effective ways to communicate 'legal' documents to consumers. She specialises in consumer law, data protection law and plain language writing. She regularly provides advice on general regulatory compliance; training and plain language drafting of consumer-facing legal documentation and agreements. She conducts regular workshops and training sessions on the CPA and POPI for businesses, for Law@work, a unit situated within the Law Faculty at the University of Cape Town and for the Stellenbosch University Language Centre.
