The Faces Lounge at the Peninsula All-Suite Hotel will become a children's playground this Easter weekend, with plenty of exciting kiddies' activities lined up to keep the little ones entertained while parents enjoy the hotel's renowned luxury hospitality offerings.
At 18h00 on Friday, 18 April 2014, the festivities will begin with a kiddies' dinner and movie, with more children's films, each accompanied by either lunch or dinner, to be screened on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Over the course of the weekend, children will also be treated to drawing, colouring and egg-decorating competitions; a bunny collage; wonderful prizes; and, of course, a fun-filled Easter egg hunt to take place on Easter Sunday at 09h00, with the merriment set to go on until 16h00 on Monday afternoon.
"The Peninsula All-Suite Hotel is very much a family establishment and Easter is one of our favourite times of year because we really get to spoil the whole family. There will certainly be something for everyone this year," says The Peninsula's General Manager, Chris Godenir.
While their children play safely under the watchful eye of a child-minder, the Peninsula's adult guests will enjoy a relaxing weekend of the finest hospitality that Cape Town has to offer - including a delicious three-course Sunday lunch featuring delectable dishes such as pickled fish, hot-cross buns, apricot-glazed pork kassler, spicy roasted potatoes and bread and butter custard pudding, among others - at one of the Sea Point Promenade Platinum Mile's most celebrated landmarks.
