Otterlake Easter Fest 2014

Otterlake Easter Festival will be held over the 2014 Easter Weekend from 17 April until Sunday, 20 April. Gates for the event will open daily from 10h00. An extra highlight on Saturday eve will be Otterlake's 2nd traditional Easter Fire Celebration. Not only will you enjoy an experience of a lifetime; you'll be contributing towards a very worthy cause, protecting our country's Rhinos, as a percentage of sales will go towards UNITE AGAINST POACHING.

Spend a magical 'Rock for Conservation' weekend with us, listen to fantastic music, enjoy meals from an abundance of food stalls available throughout the weekend, or spoil yourself by indulging in the wonderful German cuisine served at the Otterlake Restaurant.

Numerous mobile 'bars' will be spread around the music and the restaurant areas for your convenience. Camping facilities with toilets and hot showers available for the entire weekend. Firewood and ice will be on sale.

The festival has 'kiddie friendly' jumping castles and a tranquilising pool to beat the heat. There is also the option of casting a line into the lake; trying your luck against some scaly inhabitants.

OtterLake Restaurant is nestled on 42 hectares of pristine bushveld, on the banks of the Roodeplaat River in the Kameelfontein district,north east of Roodeplaat Dam about 37km from Pretoria central.
The venue is located in a Bird Sanctuary, fitting for the festival’s ‘Saving the World through Rock n Roll’ theme and boasts 2 main bars, fully serviced veranda, dining room and cocktail lounge, 600m length of tarred aircraft landing strip and swimming pool.
