Oude Werf Weekend Package
The Oude Werf Hotel, set in the heart of historic Stellenbosch, has created a special weekend package for those who wish to indulge in a spot of culinary retail therapy in the town's array of food markets.
The Oude Werf Weekend Market Package, now running until March 2014, offers guests the chance to visit Woodmill Night Market - held in a contemporary arena that is ideal for a night out - on the Friday evening, followed by the Stellenbosch Slow Food market at Oude Libertas on the Saturday morning. Guests can also visit the Root 44 Market on either the Saturday or Sunday. This lively market offers an array of hand-made antique gems, wines and delicious beers. The weekend's final food fair on the Sunday morning is the ever-popular Blaawklippen Family Market, hosted by one of the country's oldest wine farms. It's an easy, fun-filled day out for the whole family and includes live music, donkey rides and delicious food stalls.
With a minimum of a two-night stay, Oude Werf's Weekend Market Package deal includes dinner on one of the two nights as well as a hearty breakfast at Liefde Bistro, the hotel's stylish and comfortable in-house restaurant.

The Oude Werf Weekend Market package is R1,350 for a shared room, per night and is valid until 31 March 2014. The package is applicable to Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings only, a minimum two night stay is required, with an option to extend your stay at R900 per room.
