-10-week part-time short course presented online throughout South Africa
- Be introduced to training and development, and the factors that influence training and development in the South African context
- Explore global trends in organisational, cultural, and management development initiatives, as well as contemporary management development approaches and methods
- Upon successful completion of the UCT Training and Development Management short course, students will be awarded a Certificate of Completion, approved by the University of Cape Town
