To do this effectively, they need to not only be able to read financial statements, but also to analyse them effectively and make sound, financially based business decisions within their area of responsibility.
This highly intensive two-day course goes into financial statements in much more detail than our one-day seminar, as each element is explained using case studies and exercises aimed at providing delegates with a sound base of practical financial knowledge that is necessary to function optimally in their roles.
