The key intended outcomes of the two-day programme are that participants will have gained experience in how to view organisational dynamics in a systemic way, have learned the skill of systemic conflict analysis and have designed a personal strategy to lead effectively when stakes and tensions are high. They will be energised by the possibilities to create new or use existing opportunities for collaboration and dialogue with others, have practiced the art and skill of facilitating difficult conversations in safe and uncomfortable spaces and be able to measure and monitor the quality of conversations in their organisations. And importantly, better understand and practice collaboration across secretarial or personal barriers.
