Acrylic is a medium often used for "beginner" painters, suffered as a rite of passage into oil and often disliked as oils are discovered. But acrylics are amazingly versatile and can be used like water colours or thick like oils. They do have limitations in and of themselves, but with a little imagination and a lot of experimentation, acrylics can be an extremely exciting medium. Join Art-iculate for a technical demonstration at the Woolworths court at Killarney Mall 11am.
