The South Africa Black Entrepreneurs Forum (SABEF) embarked on a campaign called Kasi2kasi Development Tour at the beginning of the year.
Kasi-to-Kasi SME Development Tour - an initiative aimed at developing and exposing potential and current entrepreneurs and small business owners to seek opportunities in their communities. The programme brings together academic, technical and strategic business resources to inspire and motivate township entrepreneurs. One key output from this programme is to also better understand the current challenges that the entrepreneurs face in order to facilitate tailored offerings to them. The Kasi-to-Kasi tour, which kicked off in March 2013 in Soweto, Gauteng, and it will run throughout 2013, across the country.
