Masters Of The Craft
On 1 June 2013, we brought the heritage of our diverse music scene, from its 70's age with electronic dance and the 80's flavour of Chicago to its proudly local productions and talent with the launch instalment of MOTC.
In 90% rain and two cold fronts, we had a turnout of 700 plus foot traffic.
With spring on its way we give you #MOTC yet again.. In this, Showing the love of house music doing it bigger as to compliment the growth in Cape Town and in South Africa's growing music influence.
With a fresh and outstanding line up consisting of 14 of #CapeTown's top DJ's bringing more than just variety but a full day of spectacular music. Including a trilogy set which hasn't been done in years, consisting of 3 dj's (Leighton Moody, Cassiem Latief & Erefaan Pearce) playing an hour and a half set simultaneously with four cdj's and two mixers. We also bring the long awaited return of one of our forefathers of house (Tiger Phong aka Tony Montana)who will be flying in from Mauritius, and not forgetting to mention the young bloods on the cards ripping it on Cape Towns streets week in and week out, and that is just to mention abit of what we have to offer on the day.
We have taken dj's from the past and present to represent the craft of house music.
