Project Management Made Easy
This course introduces the learner to a project management environment by understanding the terminology used and interpreting and explaining fundamental concepts of project management.
It will also add value to learners working as a leader in the context of a small project/sub-project involving resources, team members and having a limited impact on stakeholders and the environment or working as a contributing team member on a medium to large project when not a leader.

Apply corrective action steps where project management tools and techniques usage problems occur.
Explain the nature and application of project management.
Explain the types of structures that are found in a project environment.
