Lean Management for Healthcare Delivery Seminar
This is an innovative and important business forum, where delegates will come out equipped with tools and skills on how to help eliminate defects throughout their organisations, such as preventing medical errors, decreasing mortality rates, reducing lengths of stay, improving patient care.
The facilitators will focus on the following key themes:
• Applying lean tools to healthcare processes to improve quality, cost and delivery of healthcare services
• Understanding the role of human and organizational elements in implementing and sustaining a lean transformation
• Applying problem solving techniques and A3 tools to internal situations to obtain better results
Day Two will be conducted by Nareen Narayanan from SSA Business Solutions in India. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Quality Improvement Associate from American Society for Quality. Over the years, he has led several corporate wide transformation programs, mentored change agents, and produced sustainable customer and business results for clients throughout Asia-Pacific.
