Towards Integrated Reporting

A workshop aimed at organisations of all sizes, across industries, focusing on operational and management requirements, systems and processes. For individuals in these organisations who will ultimately be responsible for the sustainability and integrated reports.

Day 1:
•Session 1 - Introduction and conceptual overview - the definitions, sustainability contexts and mega forces, the reach and impact of sustainability
•Session 2 - Global trends, drivers, challenges driving sustainability and integrated reporting - extensive case studies and examples of best practice reports
•Session 3 - Introducing Sustainability Reporting - GRI G4 Guidelines, Sector Supplements, Disclosure on Management Approach, Indicators and In Accordance Levels
•Session 4 - Introducing Integrated Reporting - The IIRC Consultation Draft Framework - Content Requirements and Reporting Principles

Day 2:
•Session 1 - Materiality - building the business case for effective reporting to ensure a competitive advantage
•Session 2 - The business model, the value chain, six capitals and internal integration - ensuring support and buy-in across the organisation
•Session 3 - Stakeholder engagement and management - focusing and prioritising stakeholder expectations and ensuring stakeholder inclusiveness
•Session 4 - Setting targets, choosing indicators, and assurance - ensuring compliance, credibility, balance, comparability and clarity in reports
