Compliance and Reporting of SLP & LED Masterclass
Mining houses are constantly pressured to implement LED and SLP projects that are self-sustaining, this not only from government for compliance reasons, but also due to the community and other stakeholder mobilising and creating unrest as a result of social injustice.
This workshop will provide practical insight to strategies and tools that you can use to effectively implement LED and SLP projects and avoid community unrest. This workshop will also provide various solutions and approaches managing and reporting on your SLP and LED project.
Also, approaches on how to involve your key stakeholders and using their knowledge to design your own SLP or LED projects aligned with your local Governments IDP and national strategies.
