This two day workshop enables improved decision making as well as using anxiety as an enabler.
Improving individual and team decision making in the world of work has a direct impact on the productivity and bottom line of the business. The course offers a model as a tool that enables individuals and teams to create a new common language around how decisions can be approached in the business.
The course has a holistic approach that includes the heart, mind and body. The workshop finds its roots in a coaching approach and borrows from various disciplines such as neuroscience, behavioural psychology, emotional and physical intelligence in order to support optimal adult learning. The output of the two days is an increased awareness around the impact of anxiety on individual and group decision making.
An additional output is the application of a well-researched model that enables the participant to utilize anxiety in such a way that it is enabling, creative and solution orientated rather than defensive and limiting. This course enables the application of information that is absorbed by the mind, integrated to the heart and expressed in changed behaviour.
