Leading with Integrity and Resilience
The purpose of this one day workshop is to develop leadership of Self by developing a thorough understanding about the essential competencies that leaders use in order to be influential and have a positive impact in the world.
The workshop enables the "How-To" of refining ones natural leadership style and strengths. Marius has recently co-authored the book 'Leadership for all' that underpins the content of this leadership day. As part of the experience each participant will have access to the book that will be used in the workshop in order to enable a well-rounded, well informed and wholesome learning experience on the day.
