Project Management Programme
The programme is designed for all those individuals who are new to project management.
This five-day programme provides participants with an insight into the technical, financial and organisational aspects of project management. Participants will receive detailed information using appropriate computer software, and spend half a day in the computer laboratory applying that knowledge in the management of a medium-sized project. The programme is designed for all those individuals who are new to project management.
