The A - Z of Competitive Intelligence (CI)

CI is a new business tool, It is unique to all other company information and it provides information and a mechanism to look at and project the future, otherwise unavailable to executives and business leaders.

Develop a clear understanding of the role and value of intelligence and how it supports each phase of the business process at all levels.

Succeeding in today's competitive business environment demands innovative approaches and fresh thinking. The key aim of this course is to provide decision-makers, executives and managers with the insight to understand competitive intelligence and counterintelligence and how it differs from other streams of management information practices. The course will also provide a thorough understanding of the key functional and organisational elements of a corporate intelligence plan.

Aimed at both decision-makers who utilise intelligence and knowledge products, as well as those individuals responsible for developing and managing them, this workshop will address, among others, the following topics:
• How to use intelligence to help create and sustain winning strategies

• How to integrate intelligence in each phase of the company's strategy and business processes

• Apply systematic frameworks for defining intelligence requirements

• Leverage the intelligence experience of organisations in Europe, North America and elsewhere
