New award to honour impartial coverage

The Africa Free Media Foundation (AFMF) and World Free Press Institute (WFPI) are accepting nominations for the AFMF/WFPI Trophy for Impartial Coverage Awards from media outlets and regional press freedom groups, reports Journalism.co.za. The deadline is 30 September 2006. For more, click here.
