This LinkedIn training course is a hands-on practical workshop where delegates will work on their own profiles and update them. 4. The difference between your personal and business brands
5. How to integrate other media into your profile, such as Slide Share, Prezi, YouTube etc

2. Your Connections
1. How to support your connections and suppliers in a spirit of generosity
2. How to request and give recommendations
3. How to find strategic connections to grow your business or to reach specific prospects
4. How to research and create a relationship with prospects before pitching
5. How to manage, tag and effectively communicate with multiple connections
6. How to make connections or communicate with people two or three degrees away

3. Groups
1. How to use Groups to build your personal and company brand
2. How to do research for you own business
3. How to grow and develop personally through these groups
4. How to connect to groups with a vertical or horizontal reach
5. How to use Discussions in Groups to demonstrate your expertise

4. Company Pages
1. The new features, including cover images, status updates and Product features
2. How to keep contact with company clients who are connected to individual staff
