OVERVIEW

• A basic introduction to understanding the legal concepts of employee and employer's duties.
• The importance of wearing personal protective equipment.
• Learning about housekeeping.
• The reasons why you need to report an incident or accident.
• What is signage?
• And other relative aspects.

A Theoretical overview, which will enlighten all employees on their rights.

A workshop that will assist all employers' and employees to understand what emergency procedures are and know how to react to them.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
All personnel who in their duties may be expected to supervise or report to an employer.
This course is ideal to be used as a component towards the induction of a new staff member. This is a good pre-requisite course for learners who intend qualifying as a Health and Safety Representatives in due course.
