All leaders make mistakes and most managerial mistakes cut across gender lines. Unlike our male counterparts the female managers have not had as many years working experience as leaders due to the fact that Affirmative Action (AA) is a policy that only got introduced at a much later stage. As a female manager there are a varied number of traps one can fall into especially if you have not mastered the necessary managerial "must haves." This workshop will not only teach you how to survive in the corporate world, it will equip you with the tools to excel.
The Female Managers Workshop aims to open the corporate door as well as bring together all women at different managerial levels into a forum that will equip them with the toolkit necessary to improve and master your managerial traits. The interactive role - plays and case studies are focused on making each scenario more realistic and formulate realistic ways to handle various situations accordingly.
