Monitoring and Evaluation Skills Course

This course is aimed at those working as leaders on projects, managing resources and evaluating impact on stakeholders.

Monitoring and evaluation principles are applied at work and in home environments daily by most people. In entities, monitoring and evaluation principles are very good internal management tools that can be strengthened by robust internal control systems. This course is about adopting a formal approach and methodology to monitor and evaluate workplace practices as well as implementation. Monitoring and evaluation assists by giving an indication on how well you are doing against the set targets/benchmarks/objectives. Overall, monitoring and evaluation enables the entity or department to make an assessment of its delivery of services.

Participants will be exposed to a range of project schedule control processes, and techniques for recording and communicating project schedule changes. Improving team performance through evaluation is also addressed.
