With the increase focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), more corporates are shifting their focus and funding towards sustainable development within their own business. These initiatives are complimented by broad-based black economic empowerment (BBBEE) programmes, which require extensive knowledge on the part of the NGO.

Presenter:
As the previous Executive Director of the BEESA Group, Israel Noko develops products and services to help businesses understand and implement BEE. Israel also worked extensively in the development sector ranging from the United Nations Environmental Program to the Canadian development organisation, Enablis. Recently Israel has been appointed to chair the GIBS Thought Leaders' Dialogue on Broad- Based BEE.
