Policy development and management skills course
The Policy Development and Management skills course from Regenesys Business School explores various policy models and focuses on the steps of the policy management cycle: policy analysis, development, implementation and monitoring and evaluation.
The course encompasses policy management success and failure factors and the development and writing of organisational policies.
