This workshop is aimed at the trainer, instructional designer or consultant who needs to analyses needs and extract content to develop outcomes-based learning material quickly and effectively.

263976: Demonstrate understanding of the outcomes-based education and training approach within the context of the NQF. (NQF level 5)
12138: Conduct an organisational needs analysis (NQF level 6)
15218: Conduct an analysis to determine outcomes of learning for skills development and other purposes (NQF level 6)
