Introduction Course for Trainees Accountants
This course will familiarise first year trainee accountants with the work environment of a professional accounting practice.
Expert mentor and internationally respected performance coach Johnny Eliades will improve your trainee accountants' knowledge and performance. 1st year trainee accountants will be provided with step by step introduction to work performed in an accounting practice and will be provided with monthly support.
This course will help so many young people to achieve their dreams of becoming an accountant. Some of them are going to experience personal challenges at work and at home. Some will struggle with their studies and how to finance their studies. It will be at this time that they will be tempted to give up, but because we will be there helping them through this they will make it. Becoming a chartered, professional or business accountant is not easy but 99% of times it is not about ability it is about persistence and passion.
The course will be presented over a 10 month period. Trainees will be required to attend two full day sessions during 2013. On-going training and support will be delivered via monthly online support session of one - two hours each.
