The seminar will be directed by a leading international expert in the field, Prof. Dr. Stephan Hobe, LL.M. (McGill), Director of the Institute of Air and Space Law at the University of Cologne, Germany.
It will focus on the legal framework pertaining to air, space and telecommunications, including the relevant international treaties and their application within the South African context.
