This Scrum Framework course is two-days practical hands-on training which solidifies all the core principles of The Scrum Process for Scrum Masters, Scrum Teams (Developers, Testers, Analysts) and even enlighten your Product Owners.

Common missteps in the adoption of Scrum have been seen over and over again across industries, companies, and teams. Rather than coaching teams back from poorly functioning Scrum implementations, this course exposes these common missteps, increases the awareness of the associated symptoms, and provides prescriptive guidance to avoid going off track.

Certification: Through this training and assessment you can be Certified by Ken Schwaber as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
