The course is targeted at both administrative staff and middle and senior management that is required to comprehend business documents, including legislation and write text and reports appropriate to their particular business context.

*Write persuasively using the appropriate style and tone.
*Write logically and in a reader-friendly manner
*Use plain language in business Polish the tone, language, structure, and layout functions of the report, by recognizing errors and checking for accuracy through an editing process.
*Avoid common spelling errors Use tried and tested proof reading techniques to check and review documents more effectively.
