The project administrator supports and coordinates project teams and stakeholders.
It is essential for the project administrator to fully understand project knowledge management, and be able to support their project manager or leader with proactive project communication and by assisting with stakeholder engagement. Project administrators usually work closely with other departments, and therefore should understand the wider project organisation and reach.
This interactive Masterclass workshop will cover:
Project knowledge management
Understanding the people-side of projects
Project organisation and stakeholder analysis
Proactive project communication
Networking and collaborating for project success
Individual planning on how to use learning back in workplace
Please note the workshop will involve individual and group work.
