Personal integrity and ethics training seminar
Global corporate scandals like Enron and many others are all a glaring reminder of the challenge of personal integrity and ethical conduct in the workplace. This is a sobering and self-check seminar on how personal integrity and ethics need to be upheld in the workplace.
Integrity is about walking the talk when it comes to living one's true values, it's about being authentic. We believe that one of the distinguishing trademarks for a good business school is its emphasis on integrity and ethics in the workplace. On this seminar, participants from different organisational levels are challenged to walk the integrity talk. Each participant will complete an integrity psychometric assessment before the seminar, assessment reports will be provided during the seminar and general feedback provided on the key scales and scores.
