About your expert trainer:
Raymond Joseph fixes newsrooms. He has been the "go to guy" for large southern African media companies that need to fix under-performing newsrooms or refocus their editorial/content strategies for years. Having run the news desk at several daily and weekend national and regional newspapers around South Africa, including the Sunday Times, the Saturday Star, the Weekend Argus and the Cape Argus, he knows newsroom management backwards.
