Talent audit workshop
The economic conditions of the last five years, combined with continued instability, have brought to the fore the need for organisations to fully understand and harness the capability in their people, and yet many businesses still struggle to fully understand the potential of their workforce in a way that enables strategic decision making.
This workshop will focus on how organisations can go beyond giving lip service to the idea of fostering Talent, and support participants in:
• Answering the question 'Talent for what?' in the context of their organisation
• Exploring the term 'Potential' and wielding it with confidence in the business
• Understanding the factors that need to be taken into account when understanding your Talent pool
• Exploring how to audit the Talent in your organisation, whether you have 10 people or 10,000
