Mastering the heart of mindset workshop with Paul

So you're committed to making a difference, challenging the status quo and creating the future, but it's overwhelming and on top of it all you have your own personal and professional challenges to face.

But what if your solution was the same as ours, mine the same as yours. Wouldn't that make things simpler, more meaningful and empowering, not to mention faster? And I believe it is.

With Paul Falconer

Lets start at the beginning ...

Ask any parent what they want most for their children, ask any adult what they want most for their partner and I'm pretty sure the answer is always going to be something like... For them to be happy, healthy and to do something they enjoy and in which they discover a depth of meaning and fulfilment, but mostly happy

When we're happy and genuinely interested we're more creative, innovative and productive, we have more confidence, learn faster, make better decisions and exert a greater positive influence on our environment, especially when circumstances are challenging.

Life is more enjoyable, even fun. The future becomes both daunting and exciting. I wrote a blog about this the other day ... Interested, excited and intrigued about the future.

When we're uptight, stressed, depressed, angry, overwhelmed or frustrated our well-being, quality of life, thinking and health suffers. We make poor and mostly short term decisions for which we later pay the price. And worst of all we feel compelled to do things we don't relish and which gives us neither great meaning, purpose or joy.

And is easy to be happy and interested when life is rolling along and things are going our way.

But it becomes infinitely more complicated when circumstances turn toxic, pressure and complexity increases and every result takes infinitely more energy to create, because it's then required that we; intentionally and skilfully take a deeper responsibility for our own quality of experience, the methods we use to achieve the results we desire and the relevance of the objectives themselves.

At the workshop you'll learn
How to take control of and sustain a positive personal experience of life, despite the near certainty of it continuing to get more complex and toxic.
How to identify and challenge the mindset beliefs and assumptions which keep us (you) stuck and trapped in old systems and patterns of behaviour.
Why change really does depend on your participation.
Why the very real probability of profound systemic challenge exists at all.
And why we can't rely on the structures of traditional leadership to understand let alone solve the problems - The crisis of leadership.

In over a decade of working in the space of mindset mastery, personal and systems development, I have yet to discover a tool for transformation that works faster than heartfelt conversation, cooperation and experimentation.

Please join us at the Good Vibrations Health Centre for a weekend of inquiry, conversation, learning and support, where I'll show you the simplest and fastest way to stay grounded, creative, innovative and productive despite the most demanding of circumstances.

At the heart of patterns and systems lies the assumptions, beliefs, word-views and values we call mindset. Developing a mastery of working with and transforming mindset, although subtle, yields quick results, and in a world changing as fast as ours, speed is relevant.
